Some people excel under pressure. I’m not one of them though. You know when in sports, you see players playing worse than before, not being able to do things where they could easily done if it was just a casual game, thats the performance reduction stress. I wonder what they do to overcome it?

I heard a qoute once “the result is not as important as the process towards the result”.
